The Oakville Butcher Block Guarantee says that our meat will never contain any anabolic hormones or preservatives. We only carry Choice and Prime cuts, not the Select or Standard cuts you will find at your local grocery store. Our ground beef is ground fresh for you and never pre-processed, which most large commercial stores just cannot do. Of course our butcher will custom cut and season any meat you need, and our meat is fresh never frozen. Most importantly, being a local family owned business we give all our customers the warm welcome and care they deserve.

From Under The Awning, Then and Now
The Oakville Butcher Block will be bringing back what Oakville, Missouri hasn’t had in over 20 years. Owners Brady & Karen Miller are bringing a meat shop dedicated to high-quality meat at an affordable price. Co-owner Brady Miller has been in the meat business for 19 years. He currently runs a family grocery store in Fairmount City Illinois.
Growing up, Brady (owner) lived in Oakville his whole life. To him, Oakville is his hometown. From attending the schools in the Mehlville School District and playing on the JV & Varsity for Oakville Senior High School, Brady truly knows that Oakville is what he will always call home.
Brady’s goal at the Oakville Butcher Block is to bring high quality meats to the Oakville area at an affordable price. “We will be cutting USDA CHOICE BEEF, USDA PRIME BEEF, special order only on Prime Beef and Fresh Never Frozen Poultry available at the Oakville Butcher Block. Once I’m able to serve you, you will be back.”
